The Grundfos 98420224 (Comfort 10-16 TA BU/LC) is an energy-efficient domestic hot water recirculating pump for single and two-family homes with a dedicated return line. Compatible with all water heater types — storage tank, tankless, solar, and heat pump — regardless of whether the system includes mixing or tempering valves. The EcoBrass pump housing is drinking-water approved and lead-free. Rated at 6W maximum power draw, 115–230 VAC, 60 Hz. Includes isolating and non-return valves, built-in temperature sensor, and 6 ft. line cord. Connects via 1-1/4 in. NPSM union fitting.

Three control modes: AUTOADAPT (learns and adapts to household hot water usage patterns), temperature control (maintains water temperature within an automatically detected range), and continuous operation. New installations require a 3/4" union set or 1/2" union set (sold separately). Professional installation required.
