The Taco ZVC404-5 is the current-generation 4-zone valve control with built-in priority, replacing the ZVC404-4 and ZVC404-EXP-4. It operates on 120V AC with a 40VA transformer and supports 2-, 3-, or 4-wire 24V zone valves with universal thermostat compatibility. Three auxiliary pump outputs manage system, DHW recirculation, and priority zone circulator functions — with SmartPlus DHW recirculation logic available when a DHW supply sensor is connected. Bluetooth connectivity via the Taco Control mobile app enables wireless configuration, DIP switch adjustment, and system customization without opening the enclosure. Front-facing LED diagnostics, a contractor-friendly PC board layout, and fully fuse-protected screw terminals round out a panel engineered for fast, professional installation. UL and CSA listed; 3-year warranty. Professional installation required.
