The Webstone The Isolator® 50404 5040 Standard Uni-Flange Ball Valve, 1 inch, is engineered for residential, commercial, or industrial applications involving water or glycol mixtures. It features a blow-out proof stem and an adjustable packing gland for dependable operation. The flange includes a conical inlet design to reduce turbulence. Solder joint temperature ratings comply with ASME B16.18 Annex A for 95-5 solder; using other solder types may impose lower pressure and temperature limits. Avoid silver brazing or overheating the valve during soldering to maintain integrity.
