The Taco® 5004-H3-G 5000 Mixing Valve, 1 inch, is a versatile valve certified to NSF 61 and ASSE 1017 standards, designed for optimal performance in domestic hot water systems. Its advanced thermostatic element maintains a consistent mixed water temperature across a wide range of 85°F to 176°F. This valve enables water heaters to store hot water at temperatures high enough to increase storage capacity and eliminate harmful bacteria, while delivering water safely at 120°F or below.
