The JJM K-300 Condensate Neutralizer provides reliable condensate treatment for most residential high-efficiency, gas-fired appliances. Designed for boilers, furnaces and tankless water heaters rated approximately 300–400 MBH, it helps neutralize acidic condensate before it enters the drainage system.

The K-Series combines industrial-strength performance with a lightweight, compact inline design. Its low inlet accommodates demanding installation layouts, while the included installation kit supports connections using either hard pipe or poly tubing. JJM’s proprietary end-cap design also provides quick access to the pH Power Pellets® media, making routine replacement faster and helping reduce service time.
