The WATTS® 0009309 LF25AUB-Z3 is a 1-inch lead-free brass pressure reducing valve designed to lower incoming water pressure, safeguarding plumbing systems and conserving water in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. It features a maintainable assembly with a replaceable seat module, NPT female union inlet, NPT female outlet, and a bypass function to manage thermal expansion pressure. Operating within temperatures from 33°F to 180°F (0.5°C to 82°C) and up to 300 psi (20.7 bar), the valve’s pressure can be adjusted between 25 and 75 psi (172 to 517 kPa), with a standard factory setting of 50 psi (345 kPa).
