WATTS® F156731 40L Automatic Reseating Valve, 3/4 in
This automatic reseating temperature and pressure relief valve features a 3/4 inch NPTF male inlet and a 3/4 inch NPTF female outlet, along with a 5-inch coated extension thermostat. It is set to relieve pressure at 150 psi and temperature at 210°F. Designed for installation on the hot water outlet within the permitted distance from the top of commercial tanks, it safeguards hot water supply tanks and heaters. The valve has a durable bronze body, tamper-resistant bonnet screws, and a test lever. Included is a nonrestrictive discharge drain line flood sensor equipped with SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect excessive water discharge; activation requires a separate kit compatible with building management or Watts Cellular Gateway systems.
