The Webster OSV38UC30 helps prevent oil spills by allowing fuel flow only when the burner pump creates a vacuum. If a downstream line break causes vacuum loss, the valve closes to help prevent tank siphoning. It also reduces pressure strain on burner pump inlets and seals.
